Concentric is actively seeking Junior to Intermediate Structural Engineers to join our teams in Ottawa, London, and Saskatoon. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited Canadian university and have current membership in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario, The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, or another Canadian professional engineering association. In addition to these requirements, we are looking for candidates with: · One to five (1–5) years of experience in a consulting structural design office. · Exceptional communication and presentation skills. · Meticulous attention to detail. · Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors. · Demonstrated resilience and creative problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. · Willingness to work at remote sites for extended periods, as required. · Possession of a Class G driver’s license and reliable transportation (car or truck). · Bilingualism (French/English) is a definite asset. Responsibilities include: · Undertaking investigative, design, and construction assignments for both existing and new structures. · Concrete rehabilitation. · Preparing reports and proposals for projects. · Engaging in client liaison, including both written and oral communication. · Identifying project opportunities and contributing to marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
